Pastor Rich has been the Pastor of Community Baptist Church since October of 1996. He pastored a church in Peoria Illinois before that, for about 8 years. He has been a pastor for about 36 years. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a Bachelor degree and from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary with a Master’s degree. His education is valuable to him but his experience is invaluable. He has been married for 37 years to his wonderful wife Margie and they have raised a son and a daughter, both married and are working and living outside of Lake County.
He is a NorCal native and has a love for being in the outdoors and enjoying God’s beautiful creation. Some of his favorite activities are riding his motorcycles, camping/backpacking, hiking, boating, wakeboarding in the Summer, and snowboarding in the Winter.
